Coaching is about facilitating change.
I will help you to reflect on your chosen area/dilemma and together we will work towards positive changes. The sessions can be in person or over Skype or FaceTime. You will always know how many sessions, the length of time to allocate for each session (although they may vary depending on our work), the ethical guidelines I am adhering to and the cost of the sessions.
You have to be prepared to work on clarifying choices. It doesn’t always come easy and can be a difficult process, but the rewards are high. We might decide on some ‘homework’ which could range from completing actions towards achieving a target to simply reflecting on something that we worked on in the sessions.
Coaching can bring about some dramatic life changes, but you will face them in partnership with your coach and travelling at the pace you set.
